Pirates Spring Preview: Pérez, Contreras to Pitch vs. Phillies
The Pittsburgh Pirates will make the short trip to Clearwater to face the Philadelphia Phillies at 1:05 ET on Monday.
Getting the start for the Pirates will be left-hander Martín Pérez, who has pitched extremely well this spring. In a total of seven innings pitched across two appearances, Pérez has allowed only one run on two hits while he’s walked a pair and struck out five.

Non-roster invitee Wily Peralta will also pitch for the Pirates. The righty has allowed one run through his first five spring appearances.
