Pirates Prospects Report: Termarr Johnson’s Three RBIs Lead Bradenton

How the Pittsburgh Pirates’ farm teams fared Monday:

TRIPLE-A INDIANAPOLIS (37-43) defeated Louisville 5-3. Kent Emmanuel (6-3) was the starter and winner, allowing two runs (one earned) and seven hits in five innings with two strikeouts and no walks. Hunter Stratton got his second save, allowing one run in one inning. Miguel Andujar had three hits. Cal Mitchell had two hits, including his ninth home run, and three RBIs. Chris Owings had two hits, including a double. Ji Man Choi, on a rehab assignment, had two hits.

DOUBLE-A ALTOONA (36-38) lost to Harrisburg 9-2. Braxton Ashcraft started and pitched one scoreless inning, allowing one hit and one walk. Brad Case (1-2) was the losing pitcher, allowing four runs in 1.2 innings. Matt Fraizer had two hits.

LOW-A BRADENTON (40-34) defeated Clearwater 5-2. Alessandro Ercoloni (4-4) was the starter and winner, allowing two runs and three hits in six innings with six strikeouts and one walk. Jack Brannigan had three hits. Nick Cimillo had two hits. Termarr Johnson hit a three-run double.
