One of the first signs of spring will come Feb. 25 when the Pittsburgh Pirates open their 2023 exhibition schedule against the Toronto Blue Jays at LECOM Park in Bradenton, Fla.

The Pirates released their Grapefruit League schedule for next season Wednesday. It includes 32 games, 16 of which will be played in Bradenton.

Next year will mark the Pirates’ 55th season training in Bradenton. It will also be the 100th anniversary of the first spring training in Bradenton, held in 1923 by the St. Louis Cardinals.

The entire schedule can be found here.
