Well, this comes as no surprise, but according to Jon Heyman, MLB owners voted unanimously on a lockout, and it will be in effect tomorrow. As of what time the lockout will begin tomorrow is still unclear. In terms of potential player movement before said lockout, it seems to be business as usual until the doors are locked.

As far as the Pirates are concerned, they still sit at 39 players on their 40-man roster, so one might think that at least one more move will happen before the clock strikes midnight, or whatever time the owners decided upon.
