With no minor league games Monday, Quinn Priester earned the spotlight in Tuesday’s edition of Pirates Prospect Watch. With the top four minor league affiliates of the Pittsburgh Pirates back in action on Tuesday night after the off day, here are some of the top performances.

Indianapolis Indians

OF Jack Suwinski

  • Game: 1 for 4, one home run, four RBIs, one run
  • Season: .190/.227/.667, one double, three home runs, seven RBIs, five games

1B Mason Martin

  • Game: 2 for 4, one home run, one RBI, one run
  • Season: .196/.264/.422, 14 doubles, five triples, 15 home runs, 52 RBIs, nine steals, 84 games

Suwinski’s stint with Indianapolis has largely gone how his stint with the Pirates went this season — low average, but big power. Suwinski’s grand slam propelled the Indians to a 5-4 win over Toledo. The season has been a struggle for Martin, but the first baseman collected a pair of hits, including a long ball.

Roansy Contreras was back on the mound and pitched two innings and allowed one run.

Altoona Curve

OF Connor Scott

  • Game: 3 for 4, one home run, one double, two RBIs, two runs
  • Season: .255/.325/.379, 15 doubles, three triples, three home runs, 27 RBIs, eight steals, 71 games

3B Jared Triolo

  • Game: 2 for 4, two RBIs, one walk
  • Season: .266/.368/.345, 11 doubles, one triple, four home runs, 29 RBIs, 18 steals, 85 games

The Curve got smacked 11-5 by the Bowie Bay Sox, but Scott and Triolo had productive nights. Scott whacked his third homer of the year as one of two extra-base hits on the night as he looks to develop his power. The slick-fielding Triolo was on base three times and drove in a pair.

Greensboro Grasshoppers

1B Ernny Ordonez

  • Game: 3 for 4, one home run, three RBIs, one walk
  • Season: .228/.268/.483, eight doubles, one triple, 12 home runs, 39 RBIs, 53 games

C Endy Rodriguez

  • Game: 1 for 2, one home run, one RBI, three runs, two walks
  • Season: .287/.377/.528, 21 doubles, three triples, 14 home runs, 50 RBIs, 79 games

Ordonez’s home run was a three-run, walk-off shot in the 10th inning to lift Greensboro to an 8-6 win over Winston-Salem. For Rodriguez, it’s starting to sound like a broken record, but he homered again — making it three games in a row. A promotion to Altoona could be coming in the not-too-distant future.

Bradenton Marauders

RHP Bubba Chandler

  • Game: 3.2 innings, three hits, one earned run, one walk, six strikeouts
  • Season: 0-1, 7.11 ERA, 6.1 innings, seven hits, five earned runs, four walks, 10 strikeouts, two games/one start

OF Jase Bowen

  • Game: 2 for 4, one double, one triple, two RBIs, one run
  • Season: .269/.345/.423, 16 doubles, two triples, 10 home runs, 52 RBIs, 20 steals, 87 games

After a shaky first outing with Bradenton, Chandler rebounded with a strong performance on the mound in an 8-5 win over Lakeland. Bowen, who recently entered the Pirates’ Top 30 prospects on MLB Pipeline, had a strong night at the plate with a pair of extra-base hits and a pair of RBIs.

RHP Nick Mears began the night with a scoreless inning in his first rehab assignment.
