Things looked like they were over in the very early stages for Triple-A Indianapolis. Pittsburgh Pirates prospect Quinn Priester struggled and the Indians found themselves down 8-0 after two innings.

After getting blanked through the first six innings, Indianapolis scored twice in the seventh and tying the game with six runs in the eighth. After they again lost the lead in the bottom of the eighth, the Indians plated a run in the ninth and threatened to add on more but came up just short in their 10-9 loss.

Indianapolis showed great fight as a handful of players nearly pulled off a wild come-from-behind victory.

Here are the Pirates’ prospects who stood out for Indianapolis and throughout the system on Saturday.
