PBN Around the Horn: Pirates & Rockies Set for a Matinee Rubber Match

Wednesday, May 25th, your Pittsburgh Pirates (17-25) play the rubber match against the Colorado Rockies (20-22). Starting game three for the Pirates will be Zach Thompson (2-4, 4.88 ERA). Thompson’s mound opponent will be Ryan Feltner (0-1, 7.20 ERA).  First pitch at PNC Park is set for 12:35 p.m.

UPDATE (11:01 a.m.) According to Todd Tomczyk, Pirates prospect Nick Mears will join Bradenton to begin his rehab assignment today. Mears was placed on the 60-Day IL March 15th.
