The Pittsburgh Pirates are off on Thursday after wrapping up their first homestand of the season with a 2-1 win over the St. Louis Cardinals in 13 innings. It was the Pirates’ second walk-off win in their first round of games at PNC Park.

The Pirates dropped two out of three to the New York Yankees and won their first series of the season by winning two of three games against the Cardinals. Up next, the Pirates are in Cincinnati for a weekend series with the Reds.

In addition to everything that’s happened on the field, there was A LOT that happened off the field. Have a question about any of it? Now’s your chance to ask!

On Monday, Pittsburgh Baseball Now will be releasing our weekly Pirates Q&A for our readers.

Why can’t the lineup be the same at least for 5 days in a row?

Why is the only guy hitting over 300 9th in the lineup every day???

I want to know who is in charge of PR for the Pirates? That person needs to be fired immediately. The Clemente debacle was inexcusable but the Bucco Brick debacle was even worse.

Where is all the Suwinski will become a good MLB player. This franchise is a joke, why was a player like Suwinski even given a at bat. Struck out 11 of the 15 times at bat. I could close my eyes and probably do better. Everyone needs to go from owner on down.
