Friday, June 17th, your Pittsburgh Pirates (25-37) are back home to face the San Fransisco Giants (35-27) in a three-game series. Starting game one for your Pirates will be Zach Thompson (3-4, 4.50 ERA). Thompson’s mound opponent is set to be Carlos Rondón (5-4, 3.18 ERA). First pitch at PNC Park is set for 7:05 p.m. 

UPDATE (2:52 p.m.) Over the last calendar year, the Pirates very own David Bednar has accumulated the lowest ERA in MLB.

UPDATE (2:41 p.m.) The Pirates 9th round pick in 2021, Luke Brown has been promoted from Single-A Bradenton to High-A Greensboro.
