After an incredible comeback win on the North Shore, the Pittsburgh Pirates (47-81) will try and steal another one from the St. Louis Cardinals (64-62). The Pirates will send out Dillon Peters (1.86 ERA) to face the former Pirate J.A. Happ (5.88 ERA). First pitch is set for 7:05 p.m

UPDATE (3:25 p.m)- The Pirates have announced that they will honor the Negro Leagues and wear the Homestead Gray uniforms tonight against the Cardinals.

UPDATE (1:04 p.m) The Diamondbacks got some bad news on Thursday with their top draft pick Jordan Lawler having to undergo season ending shoulder surgery.

UPDATE (10:03 a.m)- 

For anyone interested in the first overall pick race, the Pirates stay 6.0 games back from the Orioles after two wins in a row for Baltimore. The Pirates are now 3.5 games back of Arizona for the second pick, and 2.5 games back from the third pick from the Texas Rangers.
