Things aren’t going well for the Pittsburgh Pirates.

After building a little momentum by winning their first series of the year against the St. Louis Cardinals last week, the Pirates were swept against the Reds in Cincinnati last weekend.

The pitching has overall been decent. But the offense has been putrid. The Pirates are either at the bottom of the league or near it in most major categories and reside in the basement of the National League Central with a 5-11 record.

Players are frustrated. Fans are too. There’s a lot to get into this week in our Q&A.
