Pirates Postgame: Pirates Lose Lead And Series To Reds

The Pirates dropped the rubber match today 9-5. The offense came alive early to give a 2-0 lead, but ultimately bad pitching and an offensive lull hindered the chances of a win.

Kevin Newman, Rodolfo Castro, and Ben Gamel continued their hot streaks as each also collected two hits today. We discuss what we are seeing out of Castro and how he has found better success during his latest call.
