Pirates Postgame: Oneil Cruz Is Here.

The day has finally come and Oneil Cruz did not disappoint. Hitting the hardest hit ball for the Pirates in just his second at bat, the hardest thrown infield ball in all of MLB, and the third fastest sprint speeds for the Pirates this year, Cruz showed just why there has been an excitement to get him to Pittsburgh. We couldn’t wait to talk about this game on tonight’s Postgame Show!

Let’s also make sure we don’t leave out Bligh Madris and his excellent debut. What these young Bucs continue to show at PNC this year has been pleasant and Bligh didn’t let anyone down. Going 3-for-4 with a SB, Bligh has made a case to be respected and showing that there’s maybe something of a late bloomer to him.
