PBN Podcasts: The Incredible Story of Stephen Alemais

In episode number 13 of the Murphanko Experience, Anthony Murphy and Cody Potanko are joined by Pirates SS and 2B prospect Stephen Alemais. Alemais fills us in on his story and what he plans on doing now that he is healthy and recovered from shoulder surgery–his fourth since high school.

Alemais was taken in the third round of the 2016 MLB Draft out of Tulane. The speedy and athletic shortstop showed early promise in the Pirates minor league system, but injuries derailed his 2019 and 2020 seasons. Now healthy, his journey to the Majors can begin again.
