UPDATE (12:50 p.m.) The Pirates have released their updated starter list for the Cubs and Nationals series.

UPDATE (12:32 p.m.) Today’s game against the Cardinals has been postponed. There will be a split doubleheader on June 14th. Game times will be 12:15 p.m. and 6:45 p.m.

UPDATE (11:30 a.m.) Even though the game looks unlikely today, here’s the Pirates’ lineup

Monday, April 11th, your Pittsburgh Pirates (1-2) will try and force a series split against the St. Louis Cardinals (2-1). Set to toe the rubber for the Pirates is the 6’7 behemoth, Zach Thompson. Thompson will face Dakota Hudson. The first pitch at Busch Stadium is set for 2:15 p.m.

Weather: 61 degrees and an 80% chance of rain at first pitch (Rain is expected until 5 p.m. central)

TV/Radio: AT&T Sportsnet, 100.1 FM

Money Line: PITT +165 underdogs, O/U of 8 runs
