Andrew McCutchen has notched another couple of milestones for the Pittsburgh Pirates in his return to the team that drafted him this season.

In Saturday’s game against the Miami Marlins, McCutchen doubled down the right field line. It was the 400th double in McCutchen’s career and the 300th for him in a Pirates’ uniform.

The 36-year-old is sixth among active players in doubles and is seventh in Pirates’ franchise history.

McCutchen’s two-bagger came in the top of the sixth inning off of lefty Steven Okert and ended a combined no-hit bid by the Marlins.

The milestone was a long time coming for McCutchen, who hadn’t recorded a double since May 31.

Among the other milestones McCutchen is closing in on is 300 home runs for his career. He currently has 296.
